Booking and Renewal Guidelines:
To schedule or renew lessons, kindly visit our [payment page] and place your order at least one day in advance. Ensure payment through EMT or online transactions to confirm scheduling with a teacher. Lessons are to be attended on a weekly basis.
Trial Classes:
Trial classes are available for new students only, limited to one person per instrument. They expire after two weeks with no booking activity within the month. Trial class offer cannot be combined and used with any other kind of promotions.
Make-ups:
Make-ups are applicable to private lessons only, not group classes. Make ups cannot be rescheduled again.
Refunds and Switching Classes:
No refunds for lessons. However, you may switch to a different class of equal duration.
Lesson Expiry:
Paid lessons expire after six months with no attendance.
Class Scheduling:
Class time slots are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis upon receipt of tuition. We recommend renewing at least one week in advance to reserve your spot for the new term.
Additional Fees:
Lesson fees do not include exam booking, use of the school room for exams (charged as one regular lesson), books, materials, or concerts.
Facility Rules:
Our facility prohibits the usage of food/drink, allergy-causing substances, perfume, loud noises, and smoking.
Holiday Schedule:
No classes on Christmas Day (Dec 25) and New Year's Day (Jan 1). School is in session on all statutory holidays. Please provide advance notice to postpone any class for holiday reasons, or it will be charged as a regular lesson.
