Fees: Tuition fees are paid to the school in advance of registration and prior to attending first class in order to retain the student's time and place.
Safety: To ensure the safety of students under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian is responsible for drop off and pick up the student after the class.
Absences: Apart from long-term illness with doctor note, for any other reason if the student has given 24 hr prior notice to be away, the teacher is only required to make up four missed lessons within a semester. Made-ups are confined to private lessons not group class. If a teacher missed a private lesson due to sickness, it will be done at a mutually agreeable time, or by another school teacher. The school has a right to cancel the lessons due to student’s long periods of absence. No shows, last minute cancellation and/or lateness will be charged without made up class.

No refund for classes but have the option to switch to a different teacher. No refund for instruments or items sold due to limited quantities.
